| What is your special talent and how long have you been doing it? | I am a dancer and have been dancing since I was about 3 years old. |
| Why do you love performing this talent so much? | I love to express myself through movement and expression so I’ve always found dance the perfect combination. Personally i find that if I don’t stretch on a regular basis or keep on practising my moves Im going to loose all of my talent. So in short it’s very important to keep doing dance. |
| What is your biggest talent dream and why? | I want to become a professional actor when I’m older and I find that dancing is a great start for that as I learn how to express myself in ways many people can’t. I hope that with enough effort and dedication i can achieve my goal. |
| Did you ever feel a struggle to keep going or sometimes want to give up? If so, how did you overcome it? | Over the Christmas holiday many dancers including me tend to lack a little. Coming back to dance classes and getting back into our regular rhythm is quite a struggle. Luckily with the great teachers at my studio i can overcome all of the extra work. |
| Why do you think it is important for talent to learn the spirit of contribution to the greater good and use their talent for good? | I think it’s important for my talent to contribute to the greater good as there’s no point in just learning some dance moves and then putting them into a 3 minute combo to then perform. When I get the opportunity to put my talent to better use (like I have by entering the charities love talent competition) I feel better about myself and have a good feeling that helps me to keep doing what I love most. |
| Who are some of your biggest influences and how do they inspire you? | I love doing show and tell with the older classes so I can watch them perform a dance piece. When I’m watching them I feel inspired and want to keep on working towards becoming as good (or better) as them some day. |
| What’s your favorite memory of performing your talent? | I have many favourite memories when it comes to my dance life, like performing at the Jacqueline Morland Awards, participating in MERGE and winning numerous awards at concerts. |
| What is your best piece of advice you would give to any talent out there? | Continue to work on your talent or you’ll loose it. Remember that you can only get better as long as you put in the effort. Most importantly never let anyone push you down or think your not good enough. |
