What is your special talent and how long have you been doing it?

I love to sing, I’ve been singing in musicals and in choirs since I was about 5. and I love how I am able to express my emotions through music.

Why do you love performing this talent so much?

I love preforming this talent because I love how I am able to express my emotions in a way that words aren’t always able to portray.

What is your biggest talent dream and why?

I would love to be a professional actor. I have wanted to do acting since before I can remember, and I love the sense of community there is, and the relationships and connections people have made. It also gives you a greater platform to share kindness around the world.

Did you ever feel a struggle to keep going or sometimes want to give up? If so, how did you overcome it?

Yes I do find it a struggle to continue working towards this dream sometimes but, I try to remind myself that even if you don’t get the lead role in something that doesn’t diminish your value and letting someone else shine doesn’t take away from your talent and what you’re capable of so if you really want something you will put in the work.

Why do you think it is important for talent to learn the spirit of contribution to the greater good and use their talent for good?

I think it is good for talent to learn the spirit of contribution to the greater good and use their talent for good because sometimes people don’t realize the power and impact of their words, and the influence they have on peoples everyday choices. Its truly amazing to experience how it feels to give back, and  its important to remember how you never know what’s going on in someones life and the struggles they might be going through so just be kind it can make someones day so much better.

Who are some of your biggest influences and how do they inspire you?

Some of my biggest influences are Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Alanis Morrisette and Olivia Rodrigo. They truly use their platforms to advocate for so many amazing things. One example is Olivia Rodrigos “Fund 4 good” a global initiative that supports people seeking reproductive freedom, community based non-profits, reproductive rights, and prevent gender based violence. They all inspire me to make a positive difference and to simply be kind.

What’s your favorite memory of performing your talent?

One of my favourite memories of performing my talent is when I was about 7 years old busking on the patio of one of the shops in my local town. It was so much fun getting to share a passion of mine with people and seeing the joy it brought them

What is your best piece of advice you would give to any talent out there?

I would say if you have a dream put yourself out there, take risks, go out of your comfort zone and put in the work to make it happen. And if you have any doubts  about it just ask yourself “does this bring me joy?” and if the answer is yes then go for it!!
