How long have you been helping people with their talent and what got you into it?           I have been doing what I do now for three years.

That’s when I created the app T.I.M. This Is Me aimed at increasing mental strength and confidence among young dancers. The app includes programs that provide tools and techniques to use every day to create a healthy life balance, boundaries and relationship with oneself.

I have been guiding young dancers in this journey ever since and have extended my mental strength coaching to include athletes and all stage performers/entertainers.

The app was a gift to my 16 year old self. I discovered that such simple tools would have made a beautiful and positive difference in my young mind back then. I was trained in classical ballet and have kept dancing for my whole life. I still love going to ballet classes.

What has been most satisfying for you in your journey?              Being able to witness life changing insights emerging in my clients’ minds and them achieving amazing results beyond their wildest dreams. I grow with each client and I am deeply grateful to everyone I get to serve.

One of the most beautiful and inspiring experiences is seeing a client take one courageous step that results in such increase in confidence and mental strength that it is visible to everyone around. That’s when joy and passion become almost tangible.

How did you learn the professional skills you share with others today? Who or what influences played into that?              My biggest and most deeply rooted lessons is my life journey from training to become a dancer yet not believing in myself. That resulted in a seven year depression and almost not surviving these challenges.

After the depression I have experimented multiple techniques and tools and became a certified coach. I learn every single day and my biggest teachers are my kids, my clients and reflecting on my own days.

I also learn through courses and through the work I do with my own coaches who listen to me and ask me challenging questions. Never stop learning and embracing life’s lessons.

Did you ever feel a struggle to keep going or sometimes want to give up? If so, how did you overcome it?           I definitely did. Many times. I fell into a deep depression due to these internal struggles. I survived because I realized there’s nothing wrong with me and that my purpose in life is bigger than my daily struggles.

I started to discover who I am and what my values are. Embracing joy in the little things and serving others. I realized that I am and have always been enough and that my self worth is only defined by me. Confidence is visible and affects my results in every part of life and performance.

What are your thoughts on the concept of helping talent learn the spirit of contribution to the greater good and using their talent for good?       Serving others and contributing to a bigger cause helps us direct our thoughts away from ourselves. This creates so much positive energy. Not only are we helping others but we are elevating our own ‘game’ at the same time. Giving is receiving in every way.

Do you have other future aspirations for yourself, your business or training of others?  My goal is to help at least 1 million young dancers through my TIM Dancer programs and help at least 1 million other athletes and performers realize their biggest visions and goals through mental strength training. Reducing injuries and mental health issues among these groups of people.

At the same time I am creating an absolutely abundant life for my kids and me, so we can create an even larger wave of joy and positive vibes throughout the world.

Is there anything our audience could do to help with the above? Please spread the word. All dancers and dance teachers can download the TIM This Is Me app and start the program. Everyone else please follow my content and get in touch to realize your visions under my guidance.

Please share any standout moments in your experience that would inspire other performers.    The moment I realized that I am truly responsible for everything that happens in my life … any thoughts, emotions and reactions at all levels. That opened up my world in a brand new light of opportunities. I can achieve anything. My success, joy and happiness is not dependant on anyone else’s opinion or actions!

What is your best piece of advice you would give to any talent out there?            Be yourself. At all times. When you let yourself shine your unique light, that’s what makes everyone see you and magic happens. And .. find moments of joy every day.
